Debbie Hartzman or Divorce Resolution Planning Group is an independent organization. We do not share information or data bases with any other individual or group unless we have been given permission in writing from our clients.
Do to sensitive nature of the information and trust that is placed in us, we carefully handle all information with confidentiality in mind.
All conversations and notes resulting from meetings are kept confidential and in a locked filing cabinet. This information will never be disclosed to any other party unless required by law or court order.
We encourage people to supply copies of documents and to keep originals in their possession. Upon completion of the process all copies of personal information is returned to client in a bound presentation along with the completed copies of the financial documentation used to arrive at a resolution to the issues.
Our computer system is protected by firewall software on a main server which backs up our files nightly.
All possible precautions are taken to ensure our clients privacy and dignity will be maintained.
