After working for several years as specialist in the Divorce Process. Debbie has created a unique approach to Alternative Divorce Resolution. Although familiar and ready to work with clients that are involved in the Traditional or Collaborative Approach, the process she has developed is intended to respect the clients emotions as well as their financial well being.

A strategic alliance with Mediators, Lawyers and Mental health professionals, allows Debbie and her team to help bring Resolution Solutions to their clients in a shorter period of time, with less emotional stress and much less financial cost.

Although it is important to keep emotions out of the decision making process it is not realistic to think that this is entirely possible, therefore by combining the expertise of a team of professionals the individuals involved are given the support where it is need the most. Most of all by partnering with lawyers the client’s legal position is never compromised.

A Certified Divorce Financial Analyst working with both parties so that the financial information is shared and transparent allows both parties to make informed decisions.

A complete and comprehensive report is compiled so that current and future financial positions are clearly understood. This gives the mediator the groundwork to help the parties come to resolution. At this point the mediator also deals with the situation in regards to parenting plans for any young children, as well as any other non-financial issues.

Once the parties are able to agree on the major points then the Memorandum of Understanding is sent to each parties legal representation of choice, for both in-put and protection.

By using the expertise of professionals in the field that they are best suited for you elevate the antagonism and expense of the Traditional Litigation process. It is from this point that the Separation Agreement is signed and put in place.
